The Puzzle of Life


Each intricate piece a choice
Fit it where you dare.
In the end they should interlock
To make a perfect square
The edges are the character
They make its name a square
Is the border straight or rough?
Some seem to fit where they don’t
To find each its place can be very tough
There is one who can help too
He is Jesus, he will straighten it
Jesus who died for you.

Will the colours match?
What picture will you create?
You cannot see the box
Will the edge be straight?
Or did you mess with the perfect plan?
Make your choices carefully
Could there have been a better way?
For it will be presented to the Lord
On the very last day.
